When I publish this video I have already been running the washer for three weeks with no problems. I did do the same experiment with hot glue and it lasted about a month and a half so I will update the description after it passes that point. Please remember that I don’t know if this fix will be permanent but I think it has a good chance of working. Please give me your thoughts on this in the comments below. This is a ridiculous problem that whirlpool should have solved a long time ago. If this video gets enough traction and the solution works maybe they’ll start using a higher quality material to build these foam pieces.
